Sky News Correspondent Adam Parsons says the way French President Emmanuel Macron governs the country will probably not be significantly impacted by the fact he is isolating for testing positive to COVID-19.
“The reality is that probably it won’t make a massive difference to the way he runs the country,” he said.
Mr Macron will still carry out his duties during the quarantine period, including speaking at an online conference on foreign humanitarian aid policy.
France recorded more than 18,000 new infections in the past 24 hour period.
