𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 韩式海带汤 (miyeok guk) is a homely soup made with sea mustard also known as brown seaweed or Japanese wakame.
The soup normally cooked with beef or seafood like mussels or prawns along with light seasoning, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and salt (or some use Korean fish sauce). Enjoy this tasty warm soup with steamed rice!

Korean dried seaweed 海带干 – 15g
Beef 牛肉 – 120g
Black pepper 黑胡椒 – few dash
Korean soy sauce 韩式酱油 – 1 tbsp – to marinate
Korean sesame oil韩式麻油 – 1 tbsp
Korean soy sauce 韩式酱油 – 2 tbsp – for soup
Water 水 – 1.2 litre
Minced garlic 蒜米 – 1 clove
Salt to taste 盐适量
Roasted sesame seed 芝麻
