This 15 Minute DEEP Somatic PSOAS RELEASE is great to do if you have tension in your front body, lower back, hip and legs. The Psoas muscle is very important as it helps us with all our everyday movements and connects your spine to your legs.
You will be mostly on your stomach for this session so please make sure you are on comfortable ground.
Be curious of your own movements, take some time for yourself by exploring your inner environment and welcome the release.
You just need your mat and good vibes.
