In this 35 Min EXPLOSIVE + STRENGTH Full Body Kettlebell Workout we will have a combination of Upper & Lower Body Strength Movements and Explosive Movements. We have 2x blocks of 14 movements. Each block contains 12x Strength movements for 1x round and 2x Explosive movements (Duo Set) for 4x rounds between the Strength movements!

In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.
