I spent 3+ months researching supplements in depth a few years ago and compiling my finding into a massive chart.
I was trying to identify the most effective supplements to solve a variety of problems in my own life and for my family and I went really deep into the rabbit hole lol.
To do this research, I bought a fairly expensive membership to a website called examine.com (this site had doctors with no ties to any supplement companies run experiments to test all of the claims in the industry about what worked, and they either confirmed or myth busted for each and every type of supplement out there)
There are tons of misleading claims and some bold face lies on supplement bottles and it can be challenging to decide what to get, so I think this guide will really help.
** side note: 90% of the solution to any of the problems I listed below will come from the unsexy fundamentals:
-sleep (lay in bed like 9-10 hours a night)
-water (gallon/day)
-clean diet and adequate protein, carbs, fats, and micronutrients aka veggies (eat some salad bro!)
-daily exercise and sunlight exposure
-meditation
My chart has recommended dosages of all the most effective supplements for:
-muscle gain and exercise performance
-testosterone
-mood and depression
-anxiety
-bone health
-libido
-insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake
-skin and hair quality
-allergies and immunity
-bone health
After reading through it you can decide which particular problems pertain to you and then go about finding supplement companies that have relatively similar ingredients at the right dosages to what my chart recommends. You will probably find that no one supplement company has everything, and it is better to mix and match brands to suit your particular needs.
