A massive amount of trails to be ridden at fod bike park. The trails vary from downhill tracks, xc blue and red routes, skills area, pump track and more!

This place literally has it all.....

The Cannop cycle centre is located just outside of South Wales Near Gloucester. There is a large car park which is £7 per day as well as other free parking areas scattered around the forest.

The Post code below will take you to the cannop cycle centre which has an on site bike shop (pedal a bike away), hot food, bike wash and is home to the Uplift service (flyup downhill).

In this episode i show you the highlights of the freeminers trail. This red trail is roughly an hour long if you don't take the extension. It also includes optional north shore features, punchy climbs, flowing decents, berms, jumps and tight single track. There is also a blue trail called verderers which is not covered in the video.

Also covered is some of the jump sections on the lower part of the dh trails which feature table tops,doubles, large hucks and road gaps.

We take a lap of the pump track as well as showing the skills area perfect for building confidence and practising mellow berms,drops and jumps.
