Downtown New Orleans got hit by a vert powerful tornado tonight as the severe weather system moved through the south. At least one person has been killed and there are reports of major damage across the Lower 9th Ward, the same area devastated by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. As more information comes out, I will keep you guys posted.
