Welcome to today’s 60 MIN FULL BODY FAT BURNING HIIT - Metabolic Workout WITH WEIGHTS // At Home which is designed to TORCH CALORIES, SCULPT & CONDITION.
This METABOLIC HIIT session is composed of effective
WEIGHT LOSS CARDIO & MUSCLE TONING exercises [ I am using 2 kg / 5 lb dumbbells for your reference ] which will instantly make you feel your BEST!
✅If you don’t have the dumbbells, no worries! Use water bottles or any weighted objects or go without, but mimicking the moves! Make this routine your own:)
► DURATION: 60 minutes
►TIMER: 45 sec on/15 sec off
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium-high
► CALORIES BURNT: 480-870
► EQUIPMENT: 2 kg / 5 lb dumbbells
