Maintaining a Mindful Life This is a followup course, aimed at those with some experience already in practising mindfulness - designed as a follow-up course and not recommended for absolute beginners. [ Ссылка ]
Both courses run 4wks, and require a few hours per week - they are fully mentored during the advertised course run dates, and you'll have the chance to hear more from Craig, Richard and the team with weekly feedback videos responding directly to learner activity and questions.
