4 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 spring onions for serving

20 moo shu wrappers for serving
Marinade
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
