Mild Salsa:
1 (28oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
Hot Salsa:
1 (28oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 serrano pepper, top discarded
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Ancho chile powder
1/4 cup water
