In todays vlog I make my dads Vietnamese spare ribs soup (Canh Suon Khoai Tay)! We have had so many variations of this growing up and I wanted to make my own. With the help of my dad I make a really delicious soup for my family.

Vietnamese Spare Ribs Soup
3 lbs pork ribs
1 opo squash
chicken bouillon (measure to match amount of water you are using)
1/2 large onion
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp sugar
Cilantro
Green onion
