Welcome to this video where I talk about our "drivers". Each of us has its main drivers. According to transactional analysis, there are five: "Be perfect", "Be strong", "Do it right", "Make an effort" and "Hurry". These are the little sentences we heard as children. The point, of course, is not to blame our parents today because as a parent, it is almost impossible not to say these sentences. Furthermore, it's those little phrases that built us. They actually built up our positive qualities, with their downsides as well. Our challenge as adults is to find the balance. We will see here how this is possible.
