so lets start how to use ashwagandha or it can be called how to use ashwagandha churnna or how to use ashwagandha powder.

Withania somnifera which is commonly known as ashwagandha or indian ginseng is a plant of nightshade family which is mostly found in indian, nepal, and in himalayas. Ashwagandha is greatly mentioned in our indian ayurvedic texts and it is recognized as one of the most powerful herb. Ashwa means horse and gandha means smell so ashwagandha means smell like a horse it is named like this because its powerful benefits specially for mens. though men are women both can take this.
Now lets talk about benefits of ashwagandha- Ashwagandha provides all kind of benefits for both our body and our brain. its is a anti-stress and depression for example it is useful in reduce cortisol boost our brain fiction and help to fight anxiety and it can lower blood sugar levels. How to use ashwagandha powder/churna-
Now lets talk about how to use ashwagandha.
1st Method to use ashwagandha is with milk. First you have to boil milk and make it heated and then take a glass and put milk into it take 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder and put it into the glass then mix it well after this you can drink ashwagandha. If you dont like taste of this shake then you can add some honey or sugar in it for that take 3-4 drops of honey and mix it with ashwagandha and milk then it will became much more tasty i have use milk with ashwagandha and honey in the first method let talk about second.
2nd method on ashwagandha how to use-
in 2nd method i have use water for those of you who dont like milk for them using ashwagandha with water is also great for this first you have to heat the water or take luke warm water after that you can take 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder put it into water mix it and drink ashwagandha and if you dont like the taste of this you can add some honey or suagr in this shake. just like i have use sugar. Mix it well and then drink ashwagandha shake.
3rd method of how to use ashwagandha is-
it is a direct method for this you will only need ashwagandha and water take some ashwagandha with spoon or its own cap put it directly into your mouth drink some water on it.
So these are the ways in which you can use ashwagandha .I tell you best ways to use ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is avaliable in two forms one is ashwagandha churna or ashwagandha powder and second is ashwagandha capsules but i have tell about ashwagandha churna/powder in this video cause you know that capsules can be take directly. Many peoples had asked me that what is best ashwagandha powder or ashwagandha capsules and i tell everytime that ashwagandha powder is a bit better as for in my eyes cause it is more natural. Though you can get same benefits from capsules also.
