You can only move forward when you accept yourself. And I accept myself and all of my drug abuse history. This week's vid was not easy to do, but it is necessary so that you know that we can all change and become the people we need to be for our family and friends - and most importantly - for ourselves.

I am not perfect, but I am beautiful because my intentions are pure and even though i regret what I did in the past, I know I came out of it alive - and hopefully you can too.
