Here’s what I recommend—
1. If your kid loves them, you don’t have to stop buying them! But DO account for this in their overall sugar intake and maybe look at it as more of a treat. Also know that it may not be super filling due to the high added sugar content.
2. Consider swapping in another snack to alternate with this one- like a piece of whole fruit and a cheese stick, or a lower sugar bar (grab my free snack guide for lots of ideas: [ Ссылка ])
3. Don’t feel bad or guilty if you’ve been buying these forever. A big majority of foods geared toward kids are high in sugar even when they look healthier.
Sugar isn’t evil in itself, we just need to be mindful of overall amounts. 😘
