Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates a unique and innovative exercise to target the short head of the bicep muscle.
The bicep muscle flexes the elbow and supinates the wrist. Therefore the primary exercise to build your bicep muscle is a variation of weighted curls.
However, the short head of the bicep also assist in adduction of the arm. As the result of this, you can target your short head of your bicep by performing a bicep curl movement combined with arm adduction.
Dr. Joe created this exercise for maximum bicep muscle growth.
