Feet placement is adjusted individually. It is important to find the most stable and comfortable position. You should experiment with different sized balls, but you should remember that your feet should be placed at least at your shoulder length, preferably even wider. It is also important to keep your heels on the floor. Your knees should not extend beyond your toes. This is an exercise for beginners where you can safely learn the technique of the squats.
