Kettlebells are a great way to build strength and flexibility. I have been playing with them for about 2 years and do many different styles (Russian, American like CrossFit, Skogg) as well as programming (strength, conditioning, also playing around with juggling hand to hand). Prior to kettlebells bodybuilding, strength training, CrossFit, and mashing all those up.
