For the first time in Goma At Home, we are doing a YouTube collab with one of the best actresses in Philippine cinema and television- Ms. Bea Alonzo.

I’ve worked with Bea a few times in the past and it’s nice to be catching up with her again. This Sunday, I’ll be preparing one of her comfort dishes which is Pork Menudo. I’ll also make Fried Spareribs for her.

For these recipes, you’ll need the following:

Pork Menudo:
Pork Kasim, Pork Liver, Diced Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Potatoes, Carrots. Green and Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Ground Pepper, Paprika Powder, Calamansi, Raisins, Bay leaves

Fried Spareribs:
Chopped pork ribs, Flour, Salt, Ground pepper, Paprika, Leeks, Chili
