Calisthenics/Street Workout is a way of life for many people across the world. It is undoubtedly a street workout that has grown in demand during 2020, the year of the pandemic. You do not need a gym to exercise, and it can be performed anywhere, in the house, on the street, in your local calisthenic parks, even in your back garden. You can get started by just doing press-ups, sit-ups, squats; L sits on the floor to build a strong core and legs before moving on to some of the more advanced moves that need some necessary equipment such as small parallettes, pull-up bar or dip station.
We love calisthenics, and the aim is to increase the popularity of this beautiful sport/workout/exercise or whatever you might think of it; we do not care; we love calisthenics, it is a way of life for us.
