In this episode UniFi controller on raspberry pi instead of cloud key.
Cloud key is a very powerfull part of your network but in case you have a raspberry pi around it can host your unifi controller without any problems.
The installation procedure is easy and you can set it up in minutes! 👍
First you need to install raspbian on raspberry pi following the procedure described in the video.
Next unifi controller needs to be downloaded from official site and installed.
Unifi controller is not supporting yet java 9 which comes included in the latest version of rasibian. On the other hand java 8 is obsolete and the only package that is available for downlod on raspbian is openjdk which has been used in this tutorial. Of course there are some other ways as well to overcome this problem but he procedure described in the easiest.
