We just harvested the first pak choi from our veggie containers filled with Black Gold Natural & Organic Potting Mix, and they are so beautiful! Perfect for spring or fall growing, these are some of the fastest and most satisfying cool-season vegetables. All that you need is a container of soil, some pak choi or bok choi seeds or starts, a little water, fertilizer, some sunshine, and they will grow beautifully. Enjoy them in a stir fry.
