The menstrual cycle is a cycle your life is based around whether you realize it or not, whether you pay attention to it or not.
It is important to understand that, whatever thoughts and feelings you start your cycle with will be what sees you through that cycle ⍜

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰. So make sure you spend time at the beginning stages of your bleeding, setting your intentions for the new cycle, planting the seeds that will nurture and feed you as they grow to their fullness during your current menstrual cycle ⌇
