North Melbourne coach Alistair Clarkson and Brisbane Lions coach Chris Fagan are “unlikely” to attend mediation with former players as the Hawthorn racism scandal has led the AFL to hang “one of their golden sons,” says Sky News host Jenna Clarke.
“He hasn’t had a course to recourse to basically put his case in the public sphere,” Ms Clarke said.
Mr Clarkson stepped down indefinitely, both from coaching duties and “his mask of stoicism” on Thursday afternoon to recover his well-being.
