This stretching sequence will relieve stress and tension. It improves our range of motion, relaxes our muscles, and reduces pain. Regular stretching even prepares us for labor. During pregnancy, our joints tend to be looser so please don’t overdo it and only go as far as you were able to before pregnancy. Be gentle to your body and move slowly. Don't worry about bending at the waist. It is safe for your baby as long as you go as far as it feels comfortable.
I recommend doing this stretching routine 3-4 times a week, especially if you frequently workout. I really hope you enjoy the movements and that is will help you have a smoother pregnancy.
