South Sudan President has now officially become the head of the East African Community (EAC). In Arusha, Tanzania, he gave a very chaotic speech which left South Sudanese wondering and pondering over his competency to continue being their President. It’s one of the speech in which he made errors that should supposedly be avoided, for instance referring to Tanzania’s President as President of the United Republic of Rwanda etc. Nonetheless, he was welcomed back to Juba by a crowd who has not probably listened to his speech in Tanzania.
