What does it truly mean to be authentic or live with authencity? We have heard for at least a decade due to the blast of social media and the rise of thought leaders focus more on wellbeing. In this video I attempt to answer that question to give people a sense of how they can embody this for themselves. The ins and outs of Authenticity have been studied by positive psychologists, namely Martin Seligman, who has been able to develop a theory of how this relates to our wellbeing. Having the right level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and an awareness of what you want, is paramount for this. But at the heart of it all is honesty to self. Enjoy the video!
