Humor therapy is a form of therapy that is not really talked about. It is very common whether people realize it or not. Laughter not only improves a person’s mood, but it also allows a person to release any emotion and temporarily get their mind from thinking about the issue. With the current pandemic it can be very hard to see the light in the situation. Staying home for about a year has caused people to feel isolated and depressed. This project will explain why humor therapy is helpful and how it can help people during the pandemic.
