Alright, if you want rear delts bigger than goose egg representing the amount of women i pull, you have to try out this exercise. Head on over to any regular fly machine and place your chest on the pad, with your thighs on the edge of the seat, then attempt to cover up your gigantic ass with your shirt. Grab the handles and push them out, then swing your arms back under control as far as you can using your rear delts. Because your body is tilted forward roughly 45 degrees, your arm path will be aligned with the rear delt fibers allowing you to train them more efficiently in their largest range of motion. I first saw this from TNF and I had to give it a shot, and trust me, the connection with your rear delts is insane. Just make sure to keep your shoulders down and your arms straight, and even include a brief pause at the end to really focus on squeezing your rear delts.
