50 Minute No Repeat Strength by Muscle Group - -This is a fabulous way to hit a strength workout, without it getting boring! It's a no repeat in terms of the exercises, but we have 5 exercises per muscle group. This is mainly strength, though I do throw one "heart" muscle or cardio in at the very end, just to get you puffed ;)
