Struggling with your serve? Visit [ Ссылка ] to get more free tennis serve tips. In today’s serve lesson, we’re going to talk about how, if you keep your hand too far away from your head when you get into the trophy position, you’re really going to struggle with your serve.
As a young pro, I’ve experienced this, and one of the reasons for this is probably the way you distance your hand from your head when you get into the trophy position, and because of this, you may not be able to get into your true potential. In this video lesson, we are going to show you how to fix that problem.
So, you, and probably about 80 to 90 percent of all servers, are probably keeping your hand too far away from your head, and that produces too much tension in your body and in your arm. The proper way is to bring your hand closer to your head, so you can accelerate to the ball and feel more relaxed. How do you do this, you ask? Just think about almost having your hand touching your ear, and that’s it! Easy! There’s a great opportunity for you to improve your serve!
Focus on having the hand closer to the head instead of being out in this position when you accelerate up to the ball.
