February 25, 2011. The National Archives and its Office of the Federal Register (OFR) present President Obama with the first volume of his Presidential papers. Appearing in the video with the President are David Ferriero, Archivist of the United States; Ray Mosley, Director of the Federal Register; William Boarman, Public Printer of the United States; and his Chief of Staff, Davita Vance-Cooks. Also appearing are Michael White, Stacey Mulligan, and Amelia Otovo of the OFR.
