Begin this free yoga class with deep belly breathing to tone your core and prepare you for this class. The warm-up for this class includes twists, cat/cows, and spinal balance with crunches. Build heat in your body with down dog crunches and a balanced flow which includes a standing staff to airplane-controlled flow. On the floor, work your core with rolling boats to chair and twisted chair, reclined leg lifts, and a wide range of planks with hip dips and crunches. Cardio includes “froggie jumps” and lunge jumps - which increase flexibility and cardiovascular strength at the same time. Complete your class with reclined twists and savasana.
