TREAT YOUR JAMMED FINGERS
Another finger injury common in BJJ athletes is the classic jammed finger. Leaving you with a swollen, pain, and difficult to bend finger joint.
I like to use this simple mobilization with movement technique to get the joint moving again and getting the pain levels to come down
Gap the joint that’s ‘jammed’ bend through it’s available range.
Repeat 30 times, 2-3 times a day.
