In Photoshop 2023 Beta, the new Generative Fill and Contextual task Bar are the most advanced features Photoshop ever had! It uses artificial intelligence to give you unbelievably effective results!
***IMPORTANT NOTE***: Intellectual property rights and copyright infringement are issues that I feel strongly about. Photoshop's generative fill uses content only from Adobe Stock’s hundreds of millions of professional-grade, licensed images. Adobe states, "We do not use other peoples’ or brands’ intellectual property. In addition, Adobe is developing a compensation model for Adobe Stock contributors and will share details once (Adobe Firefly) is out of beta.”
NOTE: Many people have expressed their thoughts to me about using AI to images. Here's my take: There's a clear distinction between incorporating Generative Fill in Photoshop as opposed to creating entire images solely with AI. In the latter, typing in prompts repeatedly until you like what AI comes up with is not an act of creation. Same for CPT. It’s simply telling AI what you want and letting it create it rather than creating it yourself. On the other hand, Generative Fill is simply a powerful tool in Photoshop's toolbox that saves an enormous amount of time and energy and if used in conjunction with filters within PS, one can create wondrous images. I say this as a retired professional graphic artist and illustrator who started my journey in the pre-digital world. I still create my own artworks, but digitally now and with zero AI. [ Ссылка ]
