A very healthy leek recipe! Very nutritious with the eggs and milk in it. This is a bit different from the quiche recipes we know, we actually made this recipe up, just to have a nutritious and delicious meal. Great for those who wants to lose weight.
Chop the leeks Transfer the chopped leek into a large bowl Pour olive oil in a large pan and stir fry the chopped leek To avoid olive oil burning, always cook on medium heat While the leek is frying, transfer eggs into a large bowl Add flour (You can use whole-wheat flour for a more nutritious meal!) Add in feta cheese Season with black pepper (If you wish your quiche fluffy, you can add baking powder) Add milk After 20 minutes of stir frying the leek, add a tsp of salt Combine with the egg mixture Grease an oven tray using olive oil (You can us any kind of oil but we like olive oil the best=) Most important thing about this dish is, it is so nutritious with protein and calcium, and at the same time easy to digest with the leek it has! Make sure you use max. a tsp of salt, the leek has it's salty taste! Bake for approximately 35 minutes on 200C (400F) pre-heated oven

6 eggs
1 cup milk
100g (3.5 oz) feta cheese
2 tbs flour
4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
A pinch of black pepper
