RECIPE:
4 sausage
1 tsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of ground dry mustard
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
pinch of salt
pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 cup of bread crumbs ( any brand will do)
1/2 cup of flour
3 beat eggs
4 boiled eggs
oil ( to fry the scotch eggs)
bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees after frying for 5 -6 minutes

DIPPING SAUCE:
1 part mayo
1 part dijon mustard
pinch of cayenne pepper
