An overcrowded Istanbul passenger boat between Europe and Asia has all eyes on a traveller enjoying the scenery. On ferries, buses and metros in Europe's biggest metropolis, Boji the street dog is a regular. The dog loves lengthy bus rides, up to 30 km (20 miles) each day throughout the week. Officials in Istanbul claim the dog visits at least 29 metro stations daily and was even traced at sea, visiting the Princes' Islands off the city's coast. It took Boji two months to be noticed with his golden-brown fur and floppy ears. "A dog has been seen utilising our metros and trains. He knows how to exit "Metro Istanbul's Aylin Erol. "He has a mission." Boji prefers old tram lines, although he sometimes takes the metro. Erol claims the dog follows railway regulations and waits for people to exit. He loves travelling in the centre of a subway carriage, called boji in Turkish. Erol claims he coloured the lives of 1.3 million city commuters. His social media profiles have over 50,000 followers. "You take the train and, suddenly, you see Boji. And there he is. He simply lies there. You simply grin and enjoy the situation. This is Boji for Istanbulites. His message is that we may still enjoy Istanbul while rushing."
