Chinese radish pancakes, but more accurately, they are something very Nanjingnese, if this word exists. Except the fact that radish could make you gassy (you will guaranteed fart a lot), it's super healthy.
It's low carb low calorie high fiber. According to Chinese traditional medicine, radish could nourish yin and clear heat, if you are believing in Chinese yin yan theory.
Good & fresh radishes are solid & don't have wholes inside. "Nanjing big radish" is used to describe people living in Nanjing. We are honest & straight forward.

200-250g radish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 spring onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch Chinese black/while pepper powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
5-6 tablespoons flour
oil or pan fry
