Relax in the open dinning room with original wood ceilings and beams and enjoy a home cooked meal made in the renovated chef's kitchen, or walk outdoors to soak in the magic of the Catskills through the endless wooded views from the back yard!

The space

Renovated 1960s off the grid solar powered modified A-frame, set on a private road in a private community, sprawling two acres of deeply wooded Catskill forests. The house features two full bedrooms, two baths as well as a very comfortable, cozy, open floor plan.

Outside features include a fire pit, large steel drum bbq grill, an extra long picnic table and screened in gazebo as well as a small spring fed pond and endless wooded views in the back yard.
