-30 Minute Comfortably Paced Outdoor Run (For me that's around 8 min/mile)
Upper Body Circuit (Repeat 5x with 2 min. break) (Min.15 reps for each)
-40 pushups
-Hammer curls
-Shoulder presses
-Lateral raises
-Face Pulls
