This 30 minute meditation is a practice to connect with your heart space, your spiritual heart. Also known as the 'Hridaya'. You can do this meditation seated or lying down. Using props to support yourself and make yourself comfortable, making sure the spine is straight while sitting. If you lie down preferably lie on your mat/blanket/carpet instead of your bed. Don't lie down if you think you might fall asleep.
