On this elk hunt, I decided to use a Tooth of the Arrow 1". I was also testing a recovery system made by [ Ссылка ] It attaches to the end of the arrow, then breaks off upon impact with the animal & is embedded into the hide. It's supposed to work well whether the arrow passes thru or remains inside the animal. Then, you can track the animal, using a receiver, as you follow the intensity of the signal. It's said to transmit up to 2 miles. Interesting.
