1/2 cup Moong ki dhuli dal
500 gm spinach (palak)
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 green chilli
1 inch ginger piece
10-12 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 cloves
3-4 dry whole red chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ghee
fresh coriander leaves to garnish
