In this video, ill do my best filleting in a rush to beat the dark and mosquitoes. (i know my knife is blunt)
Then ill show you how i prepare and cook fish cakes, i actually love salmon this way, even the big old smelly ones as i have in this video.


Forgot to mention, the yellow mash is just mashed veggies, you can make this how you like but i had , potato's, sweet potato, carrots, broc, onion herbs garlic etc. corn works well too and spring onion. normally i don't have it as runny, thicker is better.
