Cheesy Beef Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Beef Keema (Minced Beef): 250g
Onion (Chopped): 1 large
Garlic Paste: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Oregano: 1/2 tablespoon
Chili Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Tomato Paste: 2 tablespoons
Tomatoes (Blended): 250g
Macaroni (Boiled): 200g
Cheddar Cheese (Shredded): 1/2 cup
Coriander (Chopped): As needed
Procedure:
Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
Cook Beef: Add 250g of beef keema (minced beef) and cook until browned.
Add Onions and Garlic: Add 1 large chopped onion and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic paste. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft.
Season: Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 tablespoon of oregano. Mix well to combine.
Add Sauces and Tomato Paste: Add 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix well.
Add Blended Tomatoes: Add 250g of blended tomatoes to the skillet. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Simmer: Cover the skillet and leave it to cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Add Macaroni: Add 200g of boiled macaroni to the skillet. Mix well to ensure the macaroni is evenly coated with the beef mixture.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the macaroni mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined.
Garnish: Add chopped coriander as needed for garnish.
