Hello Caliathletics fam! Some new fresh content! This time I'll be showing you my current planche workout that gave me progress over past two months! Subscribe for weekly uploads!
Exercise 1 : Fun with more advanced variations until you feel fresh 4-10 sets of 1 rep
Exercise 2: Holds Until you feel fresh 3-6 sets of hold
Exercise 3: Assisted holds 4 sets of 3-6 seconds of hold
Exercise 4: Assisted negatives 4-6 sets of 1 rep
Exercise 5a: Box press 4 sets of Max reps (2-5 reps)
Exercise 5b: Zanetti flies 4 sets of 3 reps
