Former speechwriter for George W Bush David Frum says the danger is US President Joe Biden could lose the November election due to concerns about his health to Donald Trump.
Mr Frum’s remarks come amid concerns over the US President’s health following the presidential debate, where he made several blunders which have now gone viral.
President Biden has remained defiant in the face of calls for him to pull out of the presidential race.
