Rich has been lucky enough to try out the brand new Panasonic Leica DG Vario Elmarit 8-18mm f/2.8-4 lens and gives us his first impressions in this video.

Not mentioned in the video is the fact that the lens is weather-sealed. It doesn't feature image stabilisation, but the combination of it being a wideangle lens and the built-in stabilisation on contemporary Panasonic (and Olympus) cameras means that this shouldn't be an issue.
